A distinguishing feature of the restaurant is the lush, capacious banquettes carefully positioned to make the most of the vistas. And with massive triple-height windows that provide one of the best vantage points in the city with picture perfect views of the skyline, diners are sure to be mesmerized.

Our Chef demonstrates his culinary flair with an inventive and eclectic menu that keeps pace with the seasons and uses only the finest locally sourced ingredients.  There’s an exciting choice of fish and seafood dishes while the selection of locally sourced steaks are a signature of the restaurant.

The kitchen brigade take full advantage of the state-of-the-art The Josper Grill (pronounced ‘Hosper’), which has been by world-famous chefs including Gordon Ramsay, Heston Blumenthal and Jason Atherton.  Of Spanish origin, the Josper is a sealed oven, fuelled by a Bincho-tan ‘white’ hardwood oak charcoal, ensuring meat, fish and vegetables are delivered perfectly – creating unrivalled flavours for discriminating diners.
